At RONYA, every creation is carefully prepared, inspected, and presented with exceptional attention to detail before reaching its new owner.

We understand that every acquisition is a personal decision. Our Returns & Refunds Policy has been designed to provide clarity, fairness, and peace of mind while respecting the handcrafted nature of every RONYA creation.

A return request may be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the creation:

• Remains unused and in its original condition.

• Is returned with its original packaging, Lifetime Warranty Card, certificates, and all accompanying materials.

• Shows no signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear.

Because every RONYA creation is handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, each return request is reviewed individually.

If you decide to return your RONYA creation due to a change of mind, please contact our Client Care team within the return period.

The creation must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging and documentation.

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Creations that have been used, damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

• Creations returned without their original packaging, Lifetime Warranty Card, or accompanying documentation.

• Requests submitted after the 14-day return period.

Once the returned creation has been received and carefully inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of RONYA.

To ensure the safe return of your creation, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
