We understand that every acquisition is a personal decision. Our Returns & Refunds Policy has been designed to provide clarity, fairness, and peace of mind while respecting the handcrafted nature of every RONYA creation.

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the creation must:

– Remain unused and in its original condition.

– Be returned with its original packaging, Lifetime Warranty Card, certificates, and all accompanying materials.

– Show no signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear.

Because every RONYA creation is handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, each return request is reviewed individually.

Please submit your return request through RONYA Customer Assistance and obtain return authorization and shipping instructions before sending your creation back.

If you decide to return your RONYA creation due to a change of mind, please submit your request through RONYA Customer Assistance within 14 days of delivery.

All returns are subject to the eligibility requirements outlined above. Please obtain return authorization and shipping instructions before sending your creation back.

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Creations that have been used, damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

• Creations returned without their original packaging, Lifetime Warranty Card, or accompanying documentation.

• Requests submitted after the 14-day return period.

Once the returned creation has been received and carefully inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If a return is approved because of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on the part of RONYA, RONYA will cover the applicable shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service so that the shipment can be monitored during transit.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws. If a RONYA creation is defective, does not conform to its description, or is incorrectly supplied, applicable legal rights may apply regardless of the standard change-of-mind return conditions.
